Hello Houston.....Derby here. I just arrived in the LSBR program and am thrilled to be here! I was found as a stray and taken to the shelter which, by the way, is a scary place. I don't know what's worse....being alone and scared on the streets or being scared in a packed shelter. I'm estimated to be about 6 years old and am currently underweight at 61 pounds. The nice lady that picked me up from the shelter says that I'm super sweet and very generous with kisses!
I am house broken, crate trained and walk well on a leash. As far as my crate is concerned, I prefer it to be where my people are or at least where there’s activity.....like a light or music when I sleep at night. I really enjoy being around people.....especially those that will throw a ball for me! I realize I’m a big boy but I still think of myself as a lap dog!
I‘m a happy, playful boy....won’t you consider meeting me?
