Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Well, what do you know....I'm only 7 - 8 months old, well trained, well behaved and I found myself homeless!  I'm so thankful that the kind folks at LSBR have taken me!

My foster mom says that I'm the best foster she's ever had...a perfect little lady!  You see I've had formal training so I know basic commands and etiquitte but remember, I'm still a baby.  I am fully house broken and crate trained.  When I'm alone, I play with my toys to entertain myself. 

My pictures don't do me justice...when my foster mom was trying to take my picture, I thought she was playing a game with me so I'd wiggle and jump making it very hard for her!  I am no 'shy' 'ann'!!!  I really enjoy being with others and would do wonderfully in a home with other dogs and cats.
