My name is Soldier and I'm just a young boy of a pup! I was rescued by a very nice LSBR volunteer from a park where I was having to fend for myself! That's no way to live!
Because I am deaf, I went to a special school to learn how to communicate. Now I'm in a foster home learning how great it is to be part of a family! WOW....I can't wait until I my forever home finds me! I have so much to offer now! Using sign language, I know how to 'sit', 'stay', 'wait', and 'kenel up'. My foster dad says that I'm a cuddle bug who loves to give kisses and play, play, play! He says that I would do best in a home with older children because I view kids on my level as peers and I enjoy playing, sometimes too rough for small kids. I would enjoy a home with other dogs to play with but I'm a little too curious about cats! My foster dad also reports that, with training, would make a good running partner.
I am house broken and crate trained, enjoy going for car rides, and just being a silly boy! Because I am specially trained, my new family will need to be committed to learning my commands from my trainer so that I can communicate with them. That's not too much to ask for unconditional love, is it?!
