Who doesn't love a snickers bar?! The yummy comibnation of creamy chocolate and smooth caramel! With my beautiful brindle coat and a yummy personality, no wonder the folks at LSBR named me Snickers!
A kind person found me on the side of a highway. I had been hit by a car and, as a result, had a leg injury. My first order of business was to be seen by a vet and I'm happy to report that I haven't lost my leg....in fact I'm starting to use it more and more!
I'm currently in a foster home where my foster mom reports that I'm doing very well. She says that I'm a very sweet and happy girl. While I don't mind the other dogs in my foster home, I'm not one that requires lots of canine companionship.....I really enjoy my people including little ones! Over Christmas, I enjoyed my foster mom's two granddaughters ages 3 and 6! I'm excellent in my crate and I'm currently working on my leash manners! While I'm pretty interested in squirrels outside, it's not known if I'd do well in a home with cats or not.
My foster mom says there's a family out there somewhere for me and that they will be so lucky to have me join their family. I'm looking forward to meeting all potential families!!!
