Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Introducing Annabelle!  Hello Houston....my name is Annabelle and I'm a sweet 6 year old girl that was found as a stray and taken to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter.  Thankfully, LSBR was contacted and sprang me from 'jail'!   I'm now in a great foster home with fur siblings.....dogs and even a cat!  

Let me tell you a little about myself.....my foster family says I am a sweet, beautiful, wonderful, and full of love little girl.  I love to play tug-o-war, hang out with my fur siblings, watch the house cat, go for even walks with the family, and especially love to cuddle with and please my family. 

My foster mom says that she gets so much joy from me and, while she'll be so happy when I find my forever home, she will be sad for herself because she loves me so much!  Clearly I'm a special girl!  Please consider me when adopting.  I promise to give you affection, my total devotion, and especially love!
