Stan the man -- that's me! I have been through some crazy things in my life, but nothing as frightening as Hurricane Rita. I got separated from my owners, and I was so scared, but I was eventually rescued by the most wonderful couple. They have taken such good care of me and all of my medical needs. Because of them, I am now healthy, happy and no longer afraid! I'm three years old, handsome and playful - and I love people more than anything. I like some dogs (I'm a bit picky about my canine friends), but I absolutely don't like cats. I'm crate trained and about 95% finished with my house training. If I could, I' d move to Montana so I'd never have to go through another hurricane. But since I'm here on the Gulf Coast, all I want is to find a home with a family who will love me, give me a safe place to live, and never, ever let me get lost again.
