Huxley needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
IN NEED OF A FOSTER HOME UNTIL I CAN BE ADOPTED!
Huxley here......Checking in from the LSBR program to let everyone know how happy I am to be here! I was on the streets a pretty long while before I got to safety....you can see from my intake pictures how hard the streets are. I was very skinny and pretty beat up both physically and mentally! But hey, that’s behind me! I’m on the mend and more than ready to find my very own forever home!
I’m estimated to be about 3 years old and came into the program around 40 lbs but have since put on some much needed weight! I’m a very friendly and I‘m very fond of people and toys! I am working on jumping.....so although I love kids, I may not be suitable for very young kids until I master no jumping! I’m house broken, crate trained and a good car rider! I‘ve been selective of some of my canine friends thus far.......I guess you could say I would really prefer to be the only ‘canine in my crib’! Haha! I‘m described as athletic and love going for long walks.
