Hi! My name is Dixie and I am one cute chick, aren’t I? My foster mom thinks I am just the best little girl ever. I’m learning some basic manners that apparently no one bothered to teach me, but I’ve just about mastered those. Most important: I love kids!! I love to play and run with them and then all of us collapse on the ground and just giggle together. I’m good with other dogs. I’m loving and cuddly and enjoy curling up in laps (or at least as much as I can)! My favorite thing to do (after cuddling and playing) is running, so I hope to find a family that loves to be active. I have lots and lots of energy! But I’m also a quiet girl who doesn’t make a lot of unnecessary noise. I promise I will be a perfect addition to any family – and I’m not just whistling Dixie! (But I wish I could!)
