Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.
Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about her.
My name is Xena, and I am one gorgeous white American Bulldog with brindle spots. I am between two and three years old and weigh approximately 82 lbs. I have gone through several sessions of training for walking on a leash and general obedience. I am house and crate trained and I am so good around people and older children. I think I already said that I’m gorgeous, and I’m also very smart. I love to run and play with my toys, and because I am very energetic and strong, it might be good for me to go to a home with a strong handler and maybe get some additional obedience. I am good around other dogs when I am on a leash. I am not a digger at all, but I can easily scale most fences. If you and your family are active and are looking for a dog to love, please think of me. You won't find a more wonderful family member!
If interested in adopting Xena, please contact Charlotte at cliberda@pmrg.com or 713-857-0541.
