Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Young, gangly but oh so handsome!  My name is Paco!  I'm an 18 month old goofy boxer boy that is new to the LSBR program!

I LOVE to play.......my foster mom says that I have a high 'play' drive so my ideal home will include a playmate!  I also enjoy the company of kids...........but remember I'm an 18 month old energetic boxer so my playful nature may be a little much for little ones that aren't boxer puppy savvy!!!  I'm also house broken and crate trained! 

Oh, and in case you are wondering......I'm white but I'm not deaf!  I'm young, handsome and energetic..........and I'm so happy to be looking for my forever home!!!  I can be home in time for Christmas if you hurry!!!
